Our sapphire wafers are made from high-purity single-crystal aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), the second hardest natural material. With excellent optical transparency, chemical inertness and thermal stability, sapphire wafers are widely used as substrate materials for LED, semiconductor optoelectronic devices, precision optics and demanding industrial applications.
