Our lapping and polishing carriers are engineered for double-sided lapping and polishing processes. The carrier ring design protects wafer edges from chipping while improving TTV and TIR performance. We offer both insert carriers and mounted carriers across a wide range of materials and dimensions to meet diverse processing requirements.

Insert Carriers
Insert carriers feature exchangeable inserts in engineering plastics (PA/POM/PU) with optional fiber reinforcement. The body is made from heat-treated spring steel (SK5/CK75/CK101, HRC48-52). Available in 20 models from 2BM to 32BM, supporting wafer sizes from 100mm to 450mm.
